Three levels of pack, one engineering approach.
We do not sell a catalogue. Our range is organised by how much intelligence the pack carries — from simple welded packs to managed packs built around our own BMS, and full deployable energy systems.
Core packs
When your system already handles protection and charging, the pack should do one thing well: deliver energy reliably in the space you have. We weld cells into a pack with the output and balancing harness your platform expects, and leave out the electronics you do not need.
Typical use
FPV and multirotor drones, and other platforms where protection and charging live in the host system.
What we tailor
- Cylindrical 21700 cells as standard, pouch cells where the envelope demands it
- Typically 4S–8S and 10–25 Ah — configuration follows the application, not a catalogue
- DC output plus balancing harness with communication plug, shrink-wrapped
- XT90 power and JST-type balance connectors, or the connector set you already use
- Mechanical layout shaped to your bay rather than the other way around

Intelligent packs
Some systems need a pack that reports on itself. Our battery management system is developed in-house — hardware and firmware both — and produced on a NATO-friendly supply chain, so you can document where the intelligence in your pack comes from.
Typical use
Larger multirotors and fixed-wing UAVs, subsea equipment and underwater vehicles (AUV/ROV), and other systems where the pack has to report on itself.
What we tailor
- Proprietary BMS: hardware and firmware developed in-house
- CAN bus as standard, customisable to your protocol and telemetry needs
- Protection, cell balancing, charge management and safe shutdown behaviour
- State-of-charge and state-of-health reporting, logging and diagnostics
- Already happy with a BMS? We integrate yours instead

Field power
Power away from the grid has to survive handling, weather and transport rules. We scale these systems to the mission — from a case one person can carry to a semi-permanent installation — and develop each one together with the operator who will use it.
Typical use
Field operations, forward sites and semi-permanent containerised installations.
What we tailor
- Roughly 500 Wh transportable units up to 100 kWh installations
- DC output, AC output, or both, as the deployment requires
- Formats from suitcase and man-portable units to rack, trolley and containerised builds
- Charge sources: grid, generator or renewable input
- Transport classification and documentation support
