This week we participated in the Battchain kick-off event in Lillestrøm, where our CEO Jarle Gjøsæther presented Nordic Batteries and our vision.
The BATTCHAIN-VIKEN project aims foster collaboration to develop a profitable and sustainable battery value chain in the region, engaging businesses, academia, and local government to create competitive value chains. The project is a collaboration between Kunnskapsbyen Lillestrøm, Kongsberg Technology Cluster, Smart Innovation Norway and is financed by the municipalities Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold.
After diving into discussions and sharing our vision, we had the opportunity to visit Institute for Energy Technology's new battery lab in Kjeller, presumed to be the most flexible R&D cell line in Norway.
